Sport und Bewegung geh\u00f6rten von Anfang an zu meinem Leben. Da meine Oma einen gro\u00dfen Nutzgarten hatte, bekamen wir \u00fcberwiegend frische Produkte. Mit ca. 16 Jahren musste ich zum ersten Mal den ber\u00fchmten \u201eSpinat mit dem Blubb&#8221; essen und er schmeckte so gar nicht nach Spinat. Aber mehr Gedanken habe ich mir um das Thema Ern\u00e4hrung nicht gemacht.<\/p>\n<p>Durch die Verkettung einiger Umst\u00e4nde, die ich heute als sehr gl\u00fccklich empfinde, habe ich 1999 mein <strong>Staatsexamen als Physiotherapeutin<\/strong> gemacht.<\/p>\n<p>Da ich schon immer Fernweh hatte, zog es mich nicht nur im Urlaub in ferne L\u00e4nder, sondern trieb mich auch privat an immer wieder neue Orte. Der Sport blieb, trotz vieler Verletzungen und h\u00e4ufigen Erkrankungen, stets ein wichtiger Teil meines Lebens. Nach ein paar Jahren im unterfr\u00e4nkischen W\u00fcrzburg fuhr ich zwei Jahre f\u00fcr AIDA Cruises auf den Schiffen der AIDA Flotte als Physiotherapeutin zur See. Nach diesem Abenteuer, was mich menschlich unglaublich bereichert hat, bin ich am wundersch\u00f6nen Tegernsee im Medical Park St. Hubertus Bad Wiessee gestrandet. Dort hatte ich eine wundersch\u00f6ne Zeit, viele interessante Patienten aus Sport und Politik aus verschiedensten L\u00e4ndern. Neben der Arbeit blieb gen\u00fcgend Zeit, um die tolle Natur der Region sportlich zu genie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Neben vielen anderen <strong>Fortbildungen<\/strong> im physiotherapeutischen Bereich habe ich meine <strong>Ausbildung als Personal Trainer<\/strong> bei der <strong>NASM<\/strong> in den <strong>USA<\/strong> gemacht. Wie ein Dozent 2008 mein Leben ver\u00e4nderte, k\u00f6nnen Sie in \u201emeine Geschichte\u201c lesen. 2009 zog es mich dann nach M\u00fcnchen, zuerst als fachliche <strong>Leitung<\/strong> in einem <strong>Zentrum f\u00fcr Physiotherapie<\/strong>, bis ich 2011 den Schritt in die Selbst\u00e4ndigkeit wagte. Da ich an mir selber gemerkt habe, wie unglaublich wichtig die Ern\u00e4hrung ist und welch gro\u00dfen Einfluss sie auf alle Bereiche des Lebens hat, habe ich mich zum <strong>Ern\u00e4hrungsberater<\/strong> ausbilden lassen.<br \/>\n<strong>Jetzt kann ich Sie mit meinem umfassenden Wissen in allen Bereichen individuell beraten.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2> Body &#8211;
