Enjoy spaghetti despite low-carb no-carb
It’s quick and easy to make from zucchinis (and sweet potato or other vegetables).
With the spiral cutter, zucchini & co. are quickly transformed into spaghetti, tossed briefly in a pan with coconut oil and the “noodles” are cooked in no time at all.
Add a simple sauce, e.g. as shown in the picture with onions, ginger, coconut milk and curry, and you have a super tasty and very healthy spaghetti option.
