Time for change

Get started NOW and combat problems

“I’ll do that tomorrow”…who hasn’t heard that phrase?

We like to put off the things that are unpleasant for us, perhaps the problem will solve itself! It usually doesn’t… unless there is a deadline.

Our body also has a tolerance limit, i.e. a deadline, but we often recognize this limit too late.

At the end of the year, changes are often put off until the new year, the famous “good intentions”. And how many of these good intentions are actually put into practice in your circle of friends/acquaintances and survive January? Unfortunately, very few of them!

Personally, I have never made New Year’s resolutions for precisely these reasons: Too many negative examples in my environment.
Besides, most resolutions are not dependent on seasons (except maybe “learn to ski” or similar), so that’s not an argument either.

So why wait any longer?
It’s clear that change is often stressful, unpleasant and – especially at the beginning – means restrictions and sacrifices, at least in terms of perception.

It’s clear that I have to leave my comfort zone to make changes – and it’s not called that for nothing. It’s not for nothing that the saying “Success begins where the comfort zone ends” exists. But it is also clear that I want to get rid of “my” evil as quickly as possible!

Of course, it can happen that the start of a change triggers a chain reaction because I then realize that there are other construction sites. That certainly scares a lot of people, but it’s actually great. Because that’s exactly how I achieve MY goal. Everything else are partial successes – they are good and important – but only when I have cleaned up all areas of my life (diet, job, family, exercise, sleep, etc.) will I achieve the lasting change I was looking for.

And when we have finished/completed something – how often have we asked ourselves afterwards: “Why didn’t I do this earlier?” In hindsight, it wasn’t as difficult as we had expected or rather feared.

Are you dissatisfied NOW?

Whatever your problem is: whether you suffer from insomnia, your skin is bad, you have no energy left for the day or it’s those few extra kilos on your ribs that are bothering you… change it NOW.

So it’s best to get started NOW and “fight” your problem with my help... I look forward to seeing you!

Let us advise you!
