Bring the buckwheat and coconut milk to the boil in a pan or wok, make sure it doesn’t burn, add water if necessary.
Add a tablespoon of honey and simmer until the buckwheat has reached the desired firmness.
Enjoy with applesauce, cinnamon, blueberries or other fruit, depending on taste.
