Hello sport, goodbye laziness…
Many people find it difficult to motivate themselves to exercise, especially in the darker months of the year. Especially for outdoor activities.

But that is incredibly good for you!

Almost all of us have a job that takes place indoors. In the fall/winter, we leave the house in the dark in the morning and by the time we leave work it’s already dark again.

Whether it’s a walk around the block, getting off the bus one stop early and running or lacing up our jogging shoes… exercise, especially in the fresh air, helps us to clear our heads, process the anger from the office and regain a bit of momentum for the rest of the day.

In addition, there is the benefit for our body, we burn calories, when we exercise sober we even use up our fat reserves and we can enjoy our delicious (healthy) dinner much more without regrets.

The immune system is strengthened, cardio training has a positive impact on blood pressure and exercise regulates our hormone balance. If you really want to go jogging or move your workout outside, you should start today if possible, as it makes sense to get your body used to the colder temperatures. And in times of super (sports) clothing for really any weather, that’s no longer a problem either… so stop making excuses and get out there!
